Transition Health has been a 501(c)(3) non-profit medical organization since 2024.

Our mission is providing education, advocacy, and affirming, patient-focused, evidence-based healthcare to queer, transgender, and intersectional communities in Oregon. We teach healthcare providers and patients, advocate for queer medicine and social determinants of health, and support our community.

I love working with patients of all ages. I especially enjoy helping my patients reach their individual peak sustainable level of holistic wellness.
