Less Painful Electrolysis
Permanent hair removal can be massively important for feelings of gender congruence, and critical prior to some gender-affirming surgeries. Unfortunately, electrolysis is often painful.
Dr. Kurzet provides local and regional anesthesia prior to electrolysis sessions with Lacey Keeney, LE, at Willamette Valley Esthetics & Electrolysis. This involves about ten minutes of skin injections, after which the skin will be numb during the entire electrolysis session.
The most common areas for anesthesia and gender-affirming electrolysis are genitals, face, chest, belly, and forearm. If interested, please call Willamette Valley Esthetics & Electrolysis at (458) 215-4825 to schedule a consultation.
