Electrolysis: Now accepting new patients!
Gender-affirming electrolysis is covered by health insurance in Oregon. If you wish to use your insurance, please obtain a letter of support for electrolysis from a behavioral health provider, which is required for prior authorization from your insurance. If needed, we can help you find someone to work with you on a letter.

Gender-Affirming Care: We have a short waiting list for gender-affirming care that moves much faster than the list for primary care.

Primary Care: Due to high demand, there is a LONG WAITING LIST to establish primary care at Transition Health. If you provide your contact information and indicate that you would like to become a patient, you will be placed on the list. We apologize in advance for responding slowly to your inquiry.
